A long series of inspections, 7 days of shooting, 2 drones, over 30 portraits of cheese makers, artisans, people: “The taste of our soul” is our most recent project for Asiago DOP.

The commercial has been planned on RAI in  15 ”, 30” and 60” versions; web and cinema in 60” version.
It is an exciting visual tale that enhances the taste of the two souls, Fresco e Stagionato, and time itself gives a warm and engaging overall view of a unique plateau, like its people.
